It would be nice if someone could make a list of all the old names that are untouchable. It sucks making a new charecter and you log on and boom get killed because you chose a name that was some old players. If this place wants to grow and get new playerbase then it might be a good idea.
I have played here pre cms and I have never heard of the charecter named rellik. How the hell was I supposed to know this player ever existed. I saw the name on wrestleing and thought it would be cool and boom, 2 wasted hours.

I agree. I don't think it's a good idea to kill people for a name matching someone else who played, but I do think it's fine to kill someone whose name is "killer" backward. But in the interest of keeping you from death here are a very few names that have gained many enemies or are simply well known(in no particular order):
