Ritual casting was removed before I started to play. My understanding however is that if multiple people with the same spell got together they could cast a higher power * of that spell as a group effort.

Although this might not be ideal for ALL spells I can see some instances when it might be incredibly useful and might make sense. Two clerics working together might be able to extra bless somebody giving a bigger bonus.

I wouldn't suggest it for perm spells or enchantments but it might add a little bit to certain aspects of the game.

Also perhaps tinkers could collaberate to create 'super runes' or something. A ritual carving of sorts that could bypass the hardcap slightly. (Instead of 150 cap, perhaps 160)

I'm not suggesting those specific examples be implemented just throwing the idea out there.
